A Flurry of Lawsuits over Antero Resources Gas and Water Pipeline Construction

Antero Resources is suing one of it's contractors, Performance Pipeline of Morgantown (WV) for breach of contract. They say that Performance Pipeline lacks the necessary equipment and personnel to properly complete the 5 mile long section of gas and water lines in Doddridge County. Antero stated it had to hire another contractor to finish the project and make repairs to work that Performance Pipeline LCC had already started.

Performance Pipeline, has responded that it was Antero's constantly changing demands and directives that made the project lag behind schedule, forcing them to file for mechanics liens against Antero properties.
